Is my booking request binding?

All booking requests are initially non-binding. Once a landlord accepts your request, the Wunderflats one-time service fee for tenants becomes due. It covers every service that keeps your booking safe and simple. To confirm the booking, you also need to complete your verification. For certain apartments, payment of the first month’s rent is also required upon booking confirmation. Once these steps are complete, the landlord can give final confirmation. From that point, your booking is binding.
