How can I list my apartment on Wunderflats.com?

We recommend that you first create an account on our website. Then start the process of creating your listing by clicking on get started.      Enter the address of your furnished apartment.   Choose whether you want to list a single fully furnished apartment or create an apartment group.  Enter basic information about your apartment, such as the size and the maximum number of tenants.   Add information about services like Wi-Fi, Confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung), Washing Machine and more.  Indicate what amenities are available (for each room in your apartment).  Add photos and choose a cover photo. The ideal photo size is 1200×1800 pixels and should not exceed 25 MB. Choose photos in landscape format. Ideally, you can also upload a floor plan of the apartment.  Insert a title and a descriptive text in  English & German (or French for apartments in France)  Set the monthly all-inclusive rent. At Wunderflats we work with all-inclusive rentals. This means that all additional costs such as water, heating, electricity, internet, purchase costs of furniture (in the form of a furnishing surcharge in Germany), property tax and other running costs should already be included in the rental price.   Add information on house rules  After you have entered all the necessary information in your listing on our website and added photos, you can complete creating the listing. Why can’t I find my apartment on Wunderflats.com?

In order for you to find your apartment on Wunderflats.com, the listing must be published and then activated by us. To do this, we first have to verify you.   How can I publish a listing?  After logging in, you will find an overview of all your listings in your dashboard. There you can select the corresponding one to enter the editing mode. Click on "Publish" to complete your listing. We will then contact you by email to arrange an appointment for a verification call. Once we have been in contact with each other and have verified you, we will activate the listing for you and thus put it online.  My apartment is online, why can't I find it anyway?    Please check whether the period you are looking for matches the availability calendar and the minimum rental period of your flat. It is also possible that you cannot find your flat directly on the first pages of the search results. Question 3

Can I update my listings or create new ones before I provide my TAX information?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can still create new listings and make updates to your current ones. However, accepting new booking requests for any listing that’s missing tax information won’t be possible until the details are provided. How can I attract more prospective tenants to my listing?

To make your furnished apartment even more appealing to prospective tenants, you should pay attention to a few things.     Essentially, it is about these aspects:    The listing itself: A meaningful title and an informative listing in German and English, with high-quality, descriptive photos.    The equipment for everyday use in your Wunderflat.    A reasonable and competitive rental price.    Your response time to incoming booking requests, your ratio of accepted and rejected requests, as well as your payment behaviour also influence the ranking of your listing in the apartment search results by our algorithm. Question 5

Can I see how often my listing has been viewed?

Accepted Answer

You can see how often your listings have been viewed if you log in to your dashboard and click on "Performance".      Based on this, you can see how competitive your listing is and also the rental price, etc. Therefore, if you receive hardly any views and no requests, you should take another look at your listing. Possible adjustments here are the price and the deposit, which should not be more than 1.2-1.3 months' rent, as well as photos, title and description text as well as amenities.
