What services are included in the Wunderflats Service Fee for landlords?

At Wunderflats, we make it easy, safe, and hassle-free to rent out your furnished apartment. The Wunderflats Service Fee for landlords includes these services:    All-round support and expert advice from our Customer Service Team: personal contact throughout the process.     Verified tenants: we verify each prospective tenant by confirming their identity with a valid ID or passport. We also run liquidity checks to make sure rental costs will be covered.     Maximum reach with just one listing: our extensive marketing measures ensure that your listing will reach as many people as possible.    The option to secure the first month's rent from tenants upon booking confirmation, including secure processing of the payment via a third party provider.   Fast and secure contracting: once you have chosen a suitable tenant, our verified rental agreements make contracting easy.   Professional presentation of your apartment: our real estate photographers will take photos (free of charge in select cities).       Get started now.

Question 3

Is a photography service available for my apartment?

At Wunderflats you have the opportunity to have your apartment photographed by our professional photo service. If you list your apartment for at least one year, we even offer this service free of charge for some areas/cities.   Contact us for a professional photo appointment: photo.manager@wunderflats.com.   Our team will be happy to advise you.

Question 4

Where can I see the status of a booking request?

Please log into your account as landlord/-lady. There you will find all current information on your booking requests in your "Dashboard".     Click here to log in.

Question 5

Is the rental agreement also available in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our verified Wunderflats rental agreement is bilingual. The German version is legally valid, the English translation is for your convenience.

Can I read the rental agreement before the first rental?

Can I also advertise my apartment on other platforms?

Accepted Answer

You can advertise your apartment on other platforms, Wunderflats is not exclusive. Please make sure to keep the availability of your apartment up to date in your account.

Question 8

Are my personal contact details published online?

Accepted Answer

No. Your personal contact details will not be published at any point. We only need your details to verify that you are who you say you are, to create rental agreements and any related invoices.      You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.

Question 9

Can I synchronise my booking calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes, booking data can be synchronised via ICalendar from Google.      To do this, log into your account and select the respective listing via the dashboard. Under "Availability", the link can be inserted under iCalendar.     After synching, the availability of your listing will be adjusted automatically. Your listing is thus automatically taken offline for the occupied periods.
