What does it mean when I accept a booking request?
By accepting a booking request, you agree to rent your apartment to the prospective tenant under the terms stated in the request. At this point, the booking is not yet binding. After your acceptance, the tenant is asked to pay the Wunderflats one-time service fee for tenants. It covers every service that keeps the booking safe and simple for the tenant. You and the tenant can then conclude a rental agreement through our platform. If you’ve activated automatic payout of the first month’s rent, the tenant is also asked to pay the first month’s rent together with the service fee. The booking only becomes binding once you’ve accepted it and the tenant’s payment has gone through successfully.
